WA! GnM that's a lot of text to write in your breaktime! lol So many things to take note of, so many things to remember.. think I'll bring a voice recorder.. record down what they say.. my memory is non-existent. haha! If like keep going back to the BS and look see and bargain, then end up don't sign with them, like quite weird right? I walk pass them everyday during lunch!! Then imagine every time I pass them, they give me killing stares.. Are the BS across the causeway really good? I scared Singaporean go there kena chop.. !!

I am ger ger! hmm, so those along tanjong pagar road is considered mid-range? About 2-4k thereabouts ya? I was at the home exhibition last month, was supposed to go look at reno/house stuff, but got hijacked by the BS there. After listening to them, the packages all start to sound the same to me, and the gowns and photos start to look similar as well. I foresee a long and torturous process in selecting BS.. *sigh* Will the BS allow you to try on their gowns before u commit to a package? Did you guys bring your FH along when selecting BS? I read somewhere that BS tend to push their products more if the guys are around.. true?
-
hi, i was just wondering.. what is the procedure or criteria to picking a BS? do you guys pick bs based on 1. gowns 2. photography 3. package/price in that order?

oops, sorry.. here's a clearer one. Yea, half height windows.. hmm.. if put the bed head against the window, then half the windows cannot open already.. can take a shower if it rains in the middle of the night! lol but yea, its an idea.. never crossed my mind to put the bed head against the window wall.. hmmm Question, how do you cover the aircon-ledge window and still make it acccessible? Its a sliding panel or something? -

like against the wall? then the wardobe space like not very much right? cos of the kingsize bed, like no space to walk, unless put the bed facing the MBR door.. unless my image of the space is skewed.. as we haven seen the actual place, just have the floor plan. FH had a crazy idea, he wanted to split the show and the toilet area into 2, then the shower area open up into the WIW.. (which is the same area where raincole suggested we put the WIW).. what do you think? costly? -

Bomb Shelter
gingar replied to gingar's topic in RENOVATION IDEAS: Interior Design Themes, Space Planning
you mean the bomb shelter's door is the tic tac mechanism? or the feature wall's deco is using the tic tac mechanism to adhere to the bomb shelter's door? *confused* -
Hi I was reading through the topics on bomb shelter feature wall, and came across a lot of mention for 'tic tac' door. What exactly is a tictac door? Also regarding the bomb shelter, where can I find the renovation guidelines for it?
