I am going to use Samsung grey quartz with white high gloss for my kitchen's modern look. I think it will look nice if there is another piece of black tinted glass between the top and bottom cabinets. Still pondering over my kitchen concept though,

will you kindly recommend any other IDs or elaborate further? I am very new and not sure on these packages as I believe the materials involved are the key elements.

No feature wall or tv console for the living room? Seems pretty reasonable but not very extensive I think. Most probably you will need more add-ons which will incur costs. Dear Housing Gurus, I will like to seek your kind advice on my targetted interior designer. I have spoken to a very nice and knowledgable lady, Sammy Ong at their Beauty World Centre showroom. I am still waiting for her quote later this week due to my schedule. So far, everything seems good and in place as she mention their profit margin is slim and they do not have hidden costs in their renovation package ($10,688 for Premium Flat Package) I have added on several additional items and will need to access the final quote before deciding on them. I have only seen bad reviews on them from year, 2007 and not sure if they have improved. My ID, Sammy also got the same contractors who did the works for her clients, to renovate her own home too. Does anyone has any experience or feedback on their after sales service, workmanship, etc? Your advice will be greatly appreciated.
