hehe, my that floral light hor got alot of bulbs lor. i was worried abt the energy consumption, and was wondering whether i can get the electrician to install a dimmer or use the step mechanism. like can dont on so many flowers at the same time? the birdnests also. if can dim hor, more romantic mah then can use Junkay's suggestion le. buhahaha but so up to this stage, i think they have to hack off the switch to fix up the dimmer, labour charges will incur too. so far i know they are using osram energy saving bulbs liao. I always like corner units. Corrider units will have strangers staring into the unit, thus u would leave ur door and windows closed. that equates to high aircon consumption and high bills. We particularly avoided seng kang / punggol units, dont like to stay in the east. will get lost there, like in foreign land, but it's true HDB are developing that area and the NDP rally covered punggol 21 pretty much. Felt like we dont have much of a choice when selecting flat, most in the west were repurchased and is 20 yrs into the lease. Heng ar, still got sembawang. I will be getting SCV digital cable. actually still pondering between the MIOS and hubstation. would hubstation be the same as SCV, same cable speed? i was comparing between samsung and LG too. wat won me over is LG's hard LCD panel. try touching those 2. Samsung TV and HTS more chio though. LG's HTS no stock, cant try btw dont get the 37LC4R, that's made in malaysia, and thus the price differences.

hehe just an update, we decided for our AD dinner to be held near IMM @ The Chevrons - Brilliant Garden instead. since it's mostly for our families and I'm also not too concern abt the deco and theme which they dont really have.
