Hi Vince, thanks! haha but my contractor is quite insistent that i use 600X600 for homo tiles because of the potential worry of uneven-ness..he said my house is granite hence the thickness and the weight of the tiles can hold it down... he also recommend me to use parquet instead of laminates.. (he is the contractor who did my current house and he is a family friend, have yet to see the final quote) but he told me it would be 15-17k depend on my final requirement. just to share my granite flooring if any neighbour are interested!

pls share the brand of ceiling fans you guys re intending to get? most likely we are installing a ceiling fan as we are not going to install aircon in my living room but i have never try living with a ceiling fan at home haha

i just visited my cousin house, renovated by Classic Kitchen...nice kitchen! very sleek hehe All their drawers in their whole house (including WIW) use blum soft closing...cool! massive re-vamp for their flat, they hacked all the doors and rejoing 2 sliding doors to their TV console wall I will be going Classic Kitchen to view their showroom, intend to get a quote for reference. will share fter got it! cheers (i m going Japan tommrow! my bf is so afraid i will buy things for the house haha)

yes according to what my officer told me, in fact i produced the letter during the signing of lease but she was quite nice, she told me to submit when it is my turn to collect keys. if not, hdb will ask me to transfer my bf's power to me since i know he is going to be away... i can delay to next June...haha if you pass by block 25B, 1 unit not renovated..it is likely to be mine
