I called Ms Chee this morning, she said block 25B is likely to be completed by end of the year so giving HDB 1 month to inspect, we will be likely to collect in Jan (I presume is late Jan). yeah, when we went for the marriage prep course, the counsellor advice is not to give any keys to both side of parents for the 1st 3 yrs. but i guess if your parents live near-by, it is very hard to say no especially if they ask...
