I went up 2nd floor of block 25A, the whole house is well-lit and bright... we saw the a van selling curtains, are their curtains cheaper? my bf saw the flat for the 1st time last wkd haha he was like the bedrooms 2 and 3 are smaller than his hostel room.

i also like glossy laminate as in my cousin's house but their designer advised me that it is harder to take care as it is non-scratch resistant and definitely not advisable if you cook alot...

Thanks Mark 1 concern with citygas...it is very difficult to monitor how much gas is really needed, even to heat up water heater but likewise, not as if i can estimate how much electricity i m using haha either that, i m going for electrolux, using it in my house now, quite reliable brand... i saw adverts in newspaper--ariston washing machine and dryer for 1299 or something, thought it is quite reasonable...but didnt hear alot reviews on their WM and dryer before.

haha sorry if i mislead anyone...this is the flooring of my parent's house, it was done 8 yrs ago by this contractor so i m getting him to do my new flat (which is not painted yet--block 25B) my family cant recall the name of the granite...maybe you can check with my contractor. i personally feel my house look alright but that could be because old 5room is 137 sqm...hence it dont look small...but i think for 4rooms, it might require alot cutting and hence alot wastages as the original granite come in big pieces 800 x 800 and it is a nightmare when you dropped things on the floor, you can never find it...especially black hairclip/ rubber bands...etc....cockroaches even loh... sure, you can pop by my house hehe but it is in jurong west (old) i will email you his contacts yah... cheers

i would think it is possible if you go to a contractor, my new house is standard 5room, i m quoted around 15-17k and mine includes flooring for whole house and some other nonsense... gd luckz! i am staying in old jurong west btw
