Today is our completion date..things went very smoothly.. Our seller even wrote down his daughter address and contact no ( he's staying with his daughter now) to us. Overall transaction is smooth and count ourselves lucky to have nice buyer and seller. Our buyer allow us 2 mths extension for free. Very grateful to our property agent too who has been very helpful throughout the whole house hunting journey. He was also my bro in law's agent and even helped in house moving lol! OMG sounds like thank you speech.. Will go down to our flat tmr and take pics to post here!

She's recommended by a friend. When she came to audit my new house ( note its 2 storeys) she took only half hour and then said she's in a rush to somewhere else. Overall not very happy with her service and do not wish to elaborate more. It's still her means of livehood. Maybe my expectations higher coz she's not the first FSM I have engaged ( for previous house etc) . This FSM stays in yishun.

What type of flat are you referring to? 220k cov? That's really crazy. Yes cov is the part we are most unwilling to pay.. Most units we viewed in non prime areas were asking for 100k abv . Eventually we decided to go for a prime estate that convince us to pay for that kind of cov.

Hi, I'm actually collecting my keys next Tuesday so I will be meeting contractor for Aircon and electrician next Wednesday to do on site assessment and quotation. It seems rewiring for EM is around 5k on average. Aircon depending on how many units and brand I guess. As for the WC piping etc, my ID haven't tell us anything on that yet so I also duno .. Also no clues on the types you mentioned... Mine is 2nd gen EM so L1 toilet comes with toilet bowl.. is small though. Shall share when time to start Reno This is pic of L1 toilet

Our ID submitted for Reno permit last Tuesday and HDB replied today. Our change of L2 toilets layout has been approved. But the hacking of MBR wall to make it to glass window require PE endorsement. I have seen many EM owners hacking their bedroom wall, can any EM advise ? Thank you
