Dear all, Do u know have any idea to reno our kitchen? I went to the ID last weekend and found the kitchen is really too small and don't know how to pout my things. The ID said, we only have abt 5 cabinet doors for the kitchen length. U all hv any idea??

I don't know how much the price now, cause i booked the banquet in end of year 2005. I suggest go for weekday banquet as it's much cheaper, although might be a bit troublesome on helper but still worth it for young couple. Ours only at $788 nett per table and we still earn alot back. Further more, hyatt got a lot freebie. It's also save money! Worth to try!

Grand Hyatt also not bad, the environment is good for Sir Stamford Room. The bad also nice with big portion. I hold my wedding banquet at there on last March.

The officer is adv for everyone under HLE. HLE only valid for 3 moths, so our earliest date for key collection is 30th Nov (for our block), thus by the time HLE already expired. Some more i not working after this week... So toublesome!

Hello I just signed my agreement of lease on last Saturday. Understand we will need to apply HLE again as when the time of key collection, my HLE will be expired. So toublesome! Meantime, the earliest date can collect key is on 30th November 2007 as per officer advice. Rgds

If the constructor handover to HDB, means HDB need to do the investigation or test on the building safety?? If this is the case, are we still will collect key in August?

Hi nemofc, Me too! they process my HLE. Last friday the HDB officer called my husband and advise they will expediate. Let's wait together! Rgds
