me too, need for renovation contractor for general demolishing, clean, painting, plumbing and carpentry work. any recommendation can be shared?

I bought a resale HDB flat, the flat condition is quite ok, no intention to change the layout design, just a minor renovation work is needed, like plumbing, carpentry and general demolishing, cleaning and painting work, total value may be less 10K. If any one can recommend the reliable contracor, please leave message. Thanks.
