I knock down the entire wall with the wooden door then replace the entire partition with sliding tempered glass door. Advantage: 1) Looks better aesthetically 2) Save space- glass is thinner than wall and sliding door allow space behind the door to be utilised Disadvantage 1) Poor sound proofing 2) Air-con leak Am i happy with the result?- **** YES!

I can emphatise with them. A small company with too many orders. They probably getting thousands of orders at expo over a few days hence have difficulty meeting the dateline. I called the boss over no-shows and repeated last min change of appointment timing . Initially my wife and i were furious but they were very apologetic and explained to us that the demand is really too high and putting a strain on their work force. The boss gave me a good discount and I was very satisfied with the workmanship. They are really friendly but overworked. I hope yk17 you can give them another chance and discuss amicably with them a solution to your problem.You will be happy with their end product la.

I am intending to hack down 2 walls of my study room and surround it with colored glass walls and door. I am doing the same for my kitchen. **** lotsa glass to scare away evil spirits. kidding. Basically i believe by replacing bricks with glass, i can make my room bigger and more atas. Kitchen cos my commanding officer needs to cook and the smoke stain my living room aircon. Dear all, I really need some advice on a small renovation to my condo. I bought this unit with one of the bedroom converted into a dining rooms with 2 walls hacked down. I intend to convert it back to an enclosed entertainment room with sound proofing and replace the 2 hacked down walls with glass partition walls. In addition, i want to install some cabinets and shelves in the room. I have no idea who i should approach and who is reliable. Sincerely asking fellow forumers for help. Thanks.
