hi guys.... no no.... from diff blk.....currently i still have not permanently stay in...... still treating it as a chalet....... hahahahah (my direct neighbour shld know who am i) I oni stay there for a few days per wk...... so everytime when we are there the family abv me (i'm not sure is it direct or further up) will start dragging stuff, bang bang here & there. Is like dropping a big rock onto the flr........ I'm not sure whether shld I go up & find out. Sian.......

It has been so long since my last login....... Now i'm headache with my new neighbour staying abv my unit......... Sian...... keep on dropping things which create a loud banging sound.....

Hi Everyone, Such a long time which I nv update my reno progress....... arrhh bcuz we (me n my hubby) juz confirm which tile we wan....... I think we will start laying the tiles in May......... we will be doing slowing for our renovation cuz we are not moving in so soon, so to my neighbours (top, below & next door) please forgive us if we have create any inconvenience and noise during our renovation....... Hi Everyone Happy 2008 ! Yday went down to our new hse to my friend to take a look ( to measure the flr length)..... however, my main door did not lock when i tried to enter. (but I remember i did lock on our 2nd visiting)..... arrhhh dunnoe was it my fault or ????.... so envy those hv alrdy move in...... see the fireworks....so nice hor......

Hey guys Is me again! Hahahahah..... Merry Christmas!! Ya, currently I'm searching for lights.... went to balestier on sunday..... walked until my eyes went blurred and brain get stuck..... Yday went to AV to see some more, but quite ex... compare to balestier... means i can get nicer light with similar price at AV.... However, I'm going down to a shop which my colleague's friend ia working with (not the boss).... but need to see the pattern n the price oso..... So guys anymore good recommandation?

Hi hi Thanks for all the comments.... y he want to pass a set to his uncles... is becuz they all play guitarist... they will pop in to take the guitar's accessories whenever they wan.... can be quite frightening if suddenly someone come into your hse w/o ur notices. Binzz, i understand wat u mean. I also gave him this example, but he sae dun worry la no problem 1. I oso tell him.... tat I beta keep my xiao kuo kuo into the safe box (hahahahaha) .... cuz i dun wan to see them being touch by other people....

They will mean it 1 le... I'm those u treat me good, I definitely treat u back equal. But hor, is my hubby.... he always make his own decision w/o discussing wif me. When I bang my anger, he will say "y u so selfish, y like tt". Now, he stuck btw 3 woman ( his mum, his grandma & me). And w/o my acknowledgement, he wanted to pass a set of our hse keys to his family so that they can come whenever they wan ( as well as for his uncles). Is really inconvenient for me if a stranger suddenly pop into our place..... I really dunnoe how his mind is thinking. When he makes me fedup, he will kana "tegan" from me. kekekekeke........

Hi Everyone Yday was my "Open Door ceremony", my MIL ask us to stay happy before and after visiting our hse. However, someone break her words. Haiz.... she screamed at my hubby and went off...... (partly my hubby's fault). But is good that she leave our hse, cuz we can't concentrate to check the defects as she kept on calling us to come here n there. When we spotted defects with our doors ( main door, MBR+toilet, Rm1 & Rm2). She as well as my FIL sae "small matter, no need to complain" I juz ignored them and continue my checking.... suddenly I heard " Oh... tis can be the guest room and this will be your (my hubby) music playground..... i "run" to them and sae... this will be our future baby's room.... No need la, my MIL said. Wat if, your bro (my hubby) coming to stay overnite? They can share the room dun scare! Luckily, this time my hubby voice out, "sori folks, if hv guest room mean no baby liao" But the old folks still insist that we muz hv a guest room ( but they forgotten what is privancy & who is paying for this flat). Thanks everyone to read my complain abt my MIL & FIL. Hahahahaha... maybe you may think that I'm not filial to them, but they are the type that talk loud can win type and they will like to "chap chee kah". We are adults, and we can make our own decision.

Hi guys I have a question to ask abt HPS ( Home Protection Scheme). Sori har early in the morning ask silly question. We have to purchase HPS on the day we collect our keys is it (as well as Fire Insurance policy)? Or we alrdy bought a HPS on the day we first signed the lease agreeement? Please advise me hor, tk u.

Beta wait for them to call you to renew ur HLE..... or else like us.... mu FMIL keep on asking me when to can we get the keys, when tis when tt... headache!! Tt's y bopian, I email them how to go abt to renew our HLE which expired during Sept 07 ( Recently then email them), therefore... can drag drag la..... Hi everyone.... longtime nv login liao.... tis afternoon check "My HDBPage"..... to my surprise..... my keys can be collect on the 20.11.2007 ( which is my ROM Day) ... but however, my kuku hubby-to-be wanted to get the keys on the 21.11.2007 (which is nxt day after our ROM). ..... alittle crzy of him.... suddenly gets so excited...... hahahahaha But dunnoe when we will start renovating my unit... cuz we will get his uncle to lay the flooring for us..... other then tt will get his friend ( which is an ID) to design a simple & relaxing place for us..... so guys, hope to see u soon at JM!! hi Neighbours Yday went down to Balestier Road.... visited some shops for flooring tiles..... some shop assistants are friendly some are not..... and we gets alot of sample back from the shops..... By the way, for SBH can we get samples too?
