Hi Chilarvet, just curious, under plumbing, item 1 (supply & lay conceal piping for kitchen sink) isn't your new BTO flat already concealed the plumbing piping ? what the HDB permit handling fee for. personally think that your quote is on the high side. It's just my 2 cents cheer
