Hi Neighbours, Today went to OM Furniture at Liang Court. Actually, we went there only to take a look at their furniture as I have heard good comments on their service and quality. And true enough their service.... The sales person MichXXal, showed us around the place, recommending us the furniture as according to our requirement. At first, me and my bf looked at each other, giving each other signals how to reject him....but in the end, not only he managed to win us over, we placed a deposit for the dining table, 4 dining chairs and a bed frame...! ooh gosh...and we might take up their sofa set as well... Anyway, we are very satisfied with his service and he's quite a flexible person...

Had been to IMM again.... IT's our frequent hangout place recently.. Went back to U-home again after thinking that we SHOULD give them a chance. This time another person serve us, Raymond. At first we are skeptical on his service as we prefer the previous guy (Ben - younger and better looking lah..) After talking to him about our additional requirements, it's around 23k..which is still within our budget. The suggestions he gave us are practical and knowing our budget, he try to provide us with other options as well.. However, he's the sales and he will work with the designers, thus maybe that's y his suggestions are more to practical and listens to our needs + ideas when he proposes.. So after thinking, there are pros and cons between design and practical...today Raymond called my FH to invite him to other office which had more samples for us to see. After looking at:- Arts & Thots ***** Unique Designs Ixage Crxxtive Rest & Relax - Frontier (will get back to us at least 3 weeks time, so will have to wait for a while) U-home After waiting for a month for IDs to call us. Raymond is the ONE AND ONLY who follow up with invitations ....AND THIS IS DEFINITELY A PLUS POINT! We are still deciding and looking around for more options....but he's the first choice !! However, giving the others a benefit of doubts, maybe they are very busy at the moment...

Went to IMM on Friday, speak to some IDs, only remember two of them..:- U-home:- Basic Package around 13k ID seems busy, so he only go thru the basic package with us. Not pushy, seems friendly Sample reno pictures looks not bad.. Frontier:- Like their design, simple and modern.. Showed us some of their wall paper, tiles and lamination samples No basic package so we go thru the things we want to do and they will send us their proposal in 3 weeks time. ID seems very pro and able to provide good suggestion but got a bit of "artistic" attitute After going thru the things we want, he quoted us around 28k! (overbudget) But he will itemize our reno so that we know the cost, it's something like ala carte menu.. So we will struck out those that we dont want and stick to our budget! Still sourcing around for IDs...

My dad had drove us into the carpark, up to my storey and walk in from the link way, come to think of it, we are pushing our luck. Meanwhile, the workers are still working.... quite scared cause no one actually park the car in the carpark..except us. So just show my parents our unit and within 5 mins, we quickly drove off. So if the ppl shift in early, especially for block 26 where construction are still taking place...it's quite dangerous right? Moreover, there's an open roof at the entrance, where blk 26B and 26A are still in construction... Imagine for Block 25A drivers.... Hope everything will be completed soon

Hi Nic, Interested in ***** too...love their designs..(saw from their website) but their price is a bit steep...

Mine is also not approved yet. Select flat around 26 June but send 1 week later.... Ha!! I guess I still have to wait till next week.

Often walk around the estate during late afternoon. Most of the units are hit by the evening sun. Maybe only late afternoon affected? Anyway, now got fan and aircon, consider lucky to get a unit...

Hi Nemofc, Yes, I'm glad to be here... The units at Jalan Membina is so hot!! Many units had been wiped out, but still lucky to have one. keke!! Didnt sleep well that few days though.... By the way, anyone heard of this reno company called "*****"?? Any comments? Hello Everyone, I'm MoMo from SB forum, I also got a unit from 26D.... Can wait to get the keys and start reno. Had started looking out for furnishing and electric applicances. But still too far away to start......fantasizing.... !! !!
