HI 11finger, I did not take the Kraus sink. i got the sellena sink from TB instead.

Next up is what we think is the most value-for-money buy. And also waited the longest. Our track and track lights for the kitchen Mrs said the track lights is too big when we were buying. I told her its ok, its not that big. I was so wrong. Its really too big. Lesson learnt - trust Mrs's judgement!

Our taobao hoots finally arrived last night! it took about 1 month to reach here. We rushed over to our place to sort out the lights after work (my contractor is chasing me for it!). As we have no working touch lights with us, we had to rely on lights from our handphone and the corridor. So, please excuse us for the poorly taken photos. Our 0.86 cbm of stuff!! (ok.... 1/5 of it is Mrs personal hoots ) To borrow a quote from Forrest Gump: "Life was like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get." hahahha Not knowing what to expect.. we opened the first box.... Our kitchen faucet! So having showed that, it has to be the sink next. A little side story, our taobao shopping spree started because of this sink. Initially we wanted to get the kraus sink from amazon. Until i chance upon one T-blog (OceanEleven i think), the reviews are quite impressive. So decided to get this instead. And in order to fully utilize the shipping fees, we have to buy more more more!! and here we are.. ok.. back to pic sharing...

Hi Cheree.. I got this flooring through my contractor... But i believe he got it from power dekor (hope i spell correctly). The brand of the vinyl is ace flooring. Receive all my taobao items today. Unpack them in the dark after work. Took us 1 hour. I taken some photos, will share tomorrow. Need to sleep and watch soccer! Haha

Hi Trish, Yeap, choose the cornice design/dimension and tell ur contractor/ID the design u want. haha.. Maybe can get your ID to draw up the design for you to review first. My door is not up yet. but i heard from my contractor it is wood.. with white laminates... i got my hood at everjoint @ $363. i know Jerome/Zero sell at $360. so get from him better. dont ask me why i didnt get from him. its a long story. hahaha

wow, you can put a 600mm width front loader. i measured my washing machine side is only about a few mm short of 600mm. very sad....

Hi aspialle, it cost $950 to do up living room and passage way. there are 2 ways to do this - cornices and wood lining. mine used cornice. $1200 for 3 Nyatoh solid doors. What is levers? haha I dont think it's the cheapest around. maybe get from supplier direct should be cheaper.
