haha .. must train while young. ben and jerry currently 1 yr plus 24 Apr while donut just turn 1yr on 26 Jul. i comb their furs and trim their nails myself .. only donut goes for grooming coz he needed a fur cut badly ..

huh ?? you can take it ar ?? they always bark non stop .. donut hardly bark wor .. only when he felt someone is lurking ard outside the door while protecting me at nite. or whenever i ask him if he wants some snacks , he will bark once as yes. will be following up with Derrick , either on this thurs or friday for designs and quotations .. think only get layout .. still not sure ... yet to contact dave for further meeting and discussion as he told me that he would be at overseas. not sure when he is back. my boys ben n jerry are well trained and can poo n wee into their yellow litter bins .. they will hop back into their cage coz they know it's the only place to have food. used to leave them hop ard the whole house .. ran would nag at me , coz he almost stepped onto them more than once ... after findin ben doin it onto jerry and they always fought , i kept jerry in the cage while ben the whole kitchen .... soon later donut came by as my Xmas present ... and he has the whole hall for himself .. ben somehow love to tease donut and donut would try his best to knock down the false wall to get over to catch him ....

Yesh .. thus why I am .. tryin to get more ideas as possible ...after got the keys, then we realise our house is super werid for the layout and open concept if we dun use curtains... From the corridors, any angle, ppl can view my house clearly via living hall windows, dun need the main door. Thus, why I drop the idea of having peng feng. Somehow, will make my living/dinning area look smaller. as budget kinda tight , for TV console, I just get all the IDs to give me a layout , so that we can think over to get it custom-made or not ... Therefore, no nice nice drawings ... all seen on the layouts. My FSM : not using drawers heehee ... , he created a false wall or peng-feng with a long wooden panel by the windows. Those little stuff are to remind me that it's for sitting area .. He used M.words to do up the drawings for me. Done his best liao.. Very amazing wor. Hubby totally against his idea but willing to compomise the layout for kitchen only. Mace: I must Kudos to your wife leh .. maybe coz i looked lost too .. there was a very old uncle with rusty look sitting alone ,nearer to the counter .. almost tot he was you ... But with sweaty face , still can look swee swee meh ?? Well, nothing much to say abt Derrick. To me, he is more like a contractor than a ID. Coz once settled the intro etc , he asked what we wanted. My hubby stand aside. I done mostly the talking and told Derrick everything of Sam's ideas.. Upon hearing the walk-in wardrode, Derrick gave a blur look and shaked his head. If not, my FIL will hunt him down. My hubby kinda likes him as he is str to the points. Sam is the only one , came up with walk-in wardrode idea .. i was thinking to keep my bed closer to the wardrode, so that my hubby won't have to have his feet facing the window. Most of the time, we use the aircon. Ppl from the next blk can see clearly of my bedroom if i dun close the curtains or windows. Our blk are just too near for comfort. The reason why I like the wardrode, coz from the outside , walking along the corriders, you won't be able to see my bed as the view being blocked by it. I'm just someone love to have the natural lights and winds , all my doors and windows won't be closed most of the day time. My master bedroom I use the curtains to block the view from KPOs. (Notice there are lots from the next blk, maybe they wondering how come never done up the place since got new owners) Hardly leave the main door open, coz Donut will run in and out. FYI, both of us hate to use the grillings and main gate. Like being in a cage or jail. Muhahah ... The wind will come in all directions, thus dun need use the main door. heehee ... We still yet to plan which room for studyarea. Currently, using B2 and hubby complaint abt the afternoon heat. 100plus only for electricity wor .. wat to do .. sometimes the weather is just too hot .. Ran loves to use aircon .. after I highlighted to him the bill breakdowns .. he nearly fainted .. now trying his best just to use fan while sleeping .. Water bill will slightly off $20-50 whenever if i'm in sin most of the time , coz i have tons of housework to do ... Washing of clothes, cleaning up the whole house ... etc Ran prefers me to wash clothes when the W/M is to the max, instead of washing everyday .... I try to compromise every 2-3 days ... SK always rains heavy lately , once i see the sun , quickly wash and let out to dry ... then have to time myself well, so that i will have enough time to dry the clothes b4 it rains ... my mother always teases me of being Kaisu housewife ... but the sun really plays hide n seek with me .. in n out of the clouds ... haiz here is the floorplan layout from Dave , quoted $28K plus without the false ceilings of living and master bedroom:- Pls advise if i should have this anot , or get the island for my sink with W/M "hidden" behind. My fear is that when it rains heavy, there always a pool of water by the windows .. Closing all the windows is not nice , coz of Donut ... he will get heated up.

Hahaa .. most of the time , after work , Ran will be at the current studyroom , with computer, fan and light swtich on , playing WOW .... Any WOW fan here ?? sometime we sleep with aircon to the max, which is a old samsung box type model, left behind by previous owner. Think the real culprit is the aircon.
