Hi guys, need some advice... I jus purchased my 3 rm resales hdb and jus found out that they have sealed up the drainage holes for master bed room toilet as they use it for storage. My reno contractor told me if they cover the top part still able to hack off the problem is if the sealed up the whole drainage pipe with cement I need to change the whole pipe which include my lower floor neighbor toilet pipe. Can I complaint against the ex owner thought HDB??? tks for your advice...
