  1. i would said if maint' & care is taken, solid surface should looks ok even after 5 years. as for colour, we would choose a beidge with dots on it (we saw one at ikea over the wkends). white top would be best cos' we wanted all white even for furniture. wall - rose white. therefore, my house will be very "white" when u r invited unlike those colourful ones.

  5. renov loan you planning to do alot of renov? alot of carpentary work? basically, we just need MBR wardrobe & 1 common room wardrobe, painting the house, tiles on floor, doing up the whole house - cornics, relay cables (maybe), kitchen cabinets (no top cabinet). NOT doing both toilets. What do you guys think mine will cost?
