thanks zirhk, yes, it's like a storage heater (tank) hanging inside the common toilet, BUT this gas water heater will be hanging outside just the toilet on top of the swtiches. Tanglin halt's neighbouring using that? Can show picture here? thanks

Yes, that's my thought too. If intend to sell, try not to do much hacking. We will not do so much of carpentary work also as we thinking to sell maybe in 5yrs time or never

Yo, we won't hack the room2 cos' we intend to use the room (which next to MBR) as Guest room and 1 room (near living) as an entertainment/ game room. My advise is unless, you do not intend to sell away the unit then you can go ahead.

O yes, 7th month starts on 13 Aug & ends on 10 Sept. If collection done in end Sept, it will be a double-celebration for us. Celebrate birthday in early Oct & collection keys. yes, i agreed. 2 months ago, we just parked some CPF (ordinary a/c) in Investment. For some bank, they have short-term deposit, say OCBC have Time-Deposit for 3 months (previously, now no more). unless, now your investment a/c earns alot then transfer some over for the downpayment (keys) and the rest let it earn in the investment a/c. we prefer to leave it in the investment a/c, afterall the earnings is faster than the cpf rate. Let the $$ earn for us harder

if next month collect keys, rather than wait for the HLE expired then collect keys, then will have to reapply liao. but if next month collect, will be "7th month" lei, right? If so, we will postponed the date. Sametime, can do some investment before the deduction...

we are okay with the grills & windows. actually, after seeing the 25A #19, we are very contented & pleased Ventiltion fan in toilet ?- wouldn't it be noisy? i guess there's a purpose to it - safety? but those private condo, have NO grills at bottom, really very nice but are low floors.
