mine also full height windows (MBR) but rest of rooms are normal but not full window. actually is from highest floor counting down till 7 are all full heights, i.e highest 27 - 21 are full height window (MBR only)

I read that some comments in forum - good. BUT a friend whom i knew from feb WIS used their services & comment - bad cos' it takes 4months to complete their renovation works & too many amendment that she need to monitor always. Actually, she also read that comment is good so she choose them. Our pple here also used baroque, maybe can check with him/ her. Forgotten who used them.

it would be good if you can take max loan i.e 30 yrs because you can shorten your loan period next time but not the other way round. you understand what i mean?

i guess someone previously asked this question too. But personal opinion if refer to blk 27A #140 that extra access, not an recess area to buy over because it will be very near to #142. The rest of units in other blk almost the same layout. Perhaps best to contact hdb.

binzz, as long as ur lines is not "big" and as long when you walk you won't feel that the level is not even, then yours is good liao. You can't compare apple & orange. if you compare ceremic & homo, homo lines is fine cos' ceremic lines can't be fine. we even jia lat, went to blk 26D / 26C - 21st floor only have 2 units & very darked and the 2 corners are locked cos' it can linked to outside. Guess, hdb will do a grill type instead of door

i'm one but didn't notice whether any corridor lighting there or not. But it was bright actually so no need any lighting at all during day time. We haven't gotten our keys yet. you also, same blk same unit? Glossy homo tiles... we also dun hv any knowledge on the tiles... but understand that matt tiles is better for elderly staying in the house as it will be non-slip

o yes, that's my first meeting only... haven't contact uHOme/ Gplan yet.
