  1. Just add on about Utilities, i heard from SP service that when we apply, technical people will write down the meter reading and claim from Town Council. So, No worries about the readings which the HDB contractor/s have used. So, not necessary to turn on the utilities first unless renov start.

  3. i didn't have a copy as well but i rewrite 1 copy for myself. you can try calling them again about the switch or inform hdb branch office .
  4. complain to 25B service centre is ok but slow in action. if you in hurry to settle defects cos' want to start reNov, suggest that you update Bt Merah branch people. Contact & name can be found in your MyHDBPage. Check it out! wow... i have not go to that stage yet. Suggest is Bt Merah Branch office. Those 25B are the contractor people & not HDB people. By end Mar (if correct), this site office will be torn and any problem/ defect, we will go to Bt Merah office.
  5. ask them to clean if it's contractor fault. We have every right to get the defects list all done. i'm meeting them again for inspection to conclude everything. cos' mine is major defect so involve alot of people. if this round, we are not satisfy, we will "shoot" all the way to higher authority.
  6. they didn't sign anything on my copy. we will sign only upon completion, but most of pple here didn't sign to accept.

  17. Update & update again! Toilet - clean clean Everything still okay BUT MBR found new defects: chipped socket & loose handle (missing cap) .. These people must really them, then they will do it. Else, they still take their own sweet time & expect us to accept it. Now, waiting for joint inspection day.
  18. hi postwonder, why don't you report to them again that it's different now. this is too much of them ..... These people must them, then they do it. my major defects is all well done except for some new ones found again.
  19. sad, hubby suspect that while i showed the Project manager on the defects at common toilet, a group of pple could have swopped & changed the master bedroom electric point. now, being point finger by hubby... sad sob sob Hubby will join in the joint inspection with me nx week when he's back from reservist.
