there's always hidden costs.... what's designer laminate? laminates are laminates... your cabinet/wardrobe has no soft closing hinges, that's extra. internal pvc, change to color also extra. ABS trim is already a standard. all false ceiling and L boxes use steel Ts for support. galvanized steel just sounds more Atas... check where the Quartz comes from. cater for another 20% for additional works.

General washing - wash yourself la, no tiling works wads there to wash?
