Counting down... Moving in another two days but a lot of things not up yet. Today my house will be flooded with workers .. Expected work : 1. Carpentry - doing living room cabinet near entrance, tv console feature, 3 built in wardrobes for room 2. Install 2 toilets, 2 vanity top, water heaters, accessories... To be completed today??! 3. Up the window grills for whole house 4. Up all the bedroom doors with locks and toilet doors Tomorrow: Lights....chemical wash Wonder if all can be done in time

Actually a bit wasted as we have wall paper , tv feature and cabinets, so left a few small areas to be seen painted though, haha

Going delay moving house... Due to hdb's delay in laying cement screed , ID Reno also delayed .. Called a few movers for quotes, some do not give boxes , some charges for boxes... In the end chose Knt movers. Started some packing. Estimate 50-60 boxes and some bulky items, quoted $580. Next week a lot of things will be up, shld be a super busy week, esp carpentry. Will post more pictures then

I bought a lot of things from TB too, from experience also depends on the agent u engage. Last time I just join bulk purchase so it's at your own risk if the items are not in gd condition as they don't check for u. Recently I started using peeka , so far so gd, if the item is over priced or mirror broken at their receiving centre, they will advice u not to order, get refund from seller. Before I used agent , I have lights bought , delivered that are broken... Can't exchange....

ID inform that they will cut out the tempered glass door at the bottom to avoid skirting, hubby and I think it will look very weird .. So we decided to change kitchen door to this instead

U can type your request in English then peeka will liaise with seller. U have to measure your height (full height from ceiling to floor, if you are doing living room ) and wall to wall then ask seller , plus the pleats, the actual cloth needed may not be your exact measurements. No worry they will advise you. I haven hang the curtain yet, hope it fits well
