Hi all! I'll be getting my 4rm BTO in 4Q this year. Would like some advice when to start looking for ID and engaging them into discussion for design ideas etc. If now is possible, will they accept informal floor plan? The one given by HDB to use when we're choosing units. Or should I wait for the official blueprints? I have a few ID in mind: FSI JQ Ong Ve gas Rezt & Relax Omus Are they okay? in terms of pricing, design skills and work ethic etc? Or it's better to get 3D prints from them and engage a contractor to do the work? Thanks!
