Just received the floor layout from my agent yesterday. And I'm a 3rms model A owner soon. 1st appointment on the 9th July, hopefully the ownner will agree on 6weeks to the 2nd appointment as owner requested for one month extension after the 2nd appointment. And HIP is commencing soon on my blk, I will only do the reno after the HIP. Should I or should I not to change the toilet bowl and basin, I found the basin provided by government is abit small. What are the things I should take note during the HIP? Thanks.

    Hi, I would like to know what is the cost of the below reno? 1. Polish flooring for living and 2bedrooms( Broken marble flooring). 2. Windows grilles for living room(3 panels) and common bedroom(2panels). 3. Windows for living room and 2 bedrooms. 4. Re-wiring the whole unit and piping. 5. Only one L -box **** room and lightings. 6. Box up two bedrooms' aircon wires and pipings, probably relay the trunking. 7. Painting the whole house. Thanks and have a nice weekend.
