Here's the link for my sink: http://www.amazon.com/Kraus-Undermount-Single-Stainless-Kitchen/dp/B0032BYM4Y/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1404702199&sr=8-1&keywords=kraus+30+single And the link for info: http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=201214790 Basically you will need to sieve the search using amazon global eligible. And after purchase, i spoke to the customer service regarding the shipping. But the last i heard from a friend who tried to order recently, amazon has a weight restriction. So good luck!

I got it at a low 1+K.. and from what i gather, the display set is even cheaper!! It's a really nice table and the extension was so much better then the other tables that i have saw and this is POSSIBLE to be extended all by myself! If you have time, go down and see and feel! I really love the colour and the grains on the table.

Hang in there! Hiccups are bound to happen during renovation. But you have to be firm and be clear on what to expect. In other words, read up and be informed. Ask around and talk to other ppls. You will learn alot and end up stronger and smarter! =)

15K For A 3Room Bto Budget Tight Or Not?
Peanut888 replied to Aki0124's topic in Renovation Packages
Contractors are usually cheaper then IDs but not all of them provide 3D drawings. I have just completed my renovation and i feel 3D drawings are not really necessary IMO, but I already know the theme and colour scheme i want. The cost of renovation is broken down into the following: 1. Carpentry (the more the carpentry, hence the higher the cost) 2. Mansory (cost will increase if there is any hacking) 3. Electrical (If not extending alot of points or concealment then cost should be okay) 4. Plumbing 5. Haulage (if any) If doing the floor, it will add additional cost as well. I do have one good contractor if any1 is interested. You can call and ask him for a quotation. Pls PM if keen. -
My service yard has been hacked!! yay!! see how spacious it is!! And the concrete base of the kitchen cabinets are up too!! My contractor who did this hacking, make good with tiles on wall and floor, plastering of ceiling, has done a very good job IMO! The rates he quoted me is reasonable too! What i like is he replies to me promptly regarding all my questions and checks with me on certain issues. E.g. As i was using HDB tiles and there was some colour difference. He took pics and show it to me before helping me to get other similar tiles as the ones at HDB ones colour is really a big difference! I forgot to take the after pics but the colour was definately better then what is shown here.

Hi janesuah! did you engage a PE? BTW, my approval took a record of 2 days! But the usual timing should be 1-2wks. As for the room size, to my dismay, the actual dimensions are SMALLER then the floor plan! I reckon my floor area is less then 65m2 lo... zzzzz
