I am glad to report that my renovations are complete. The price is not the cheapest, but my interior designer Charlie Chan was responsible at every stage of the project and oversaw the renovations personally. He coordinated with the lighting and curtain contractor so that everything is done seamlessly. It took longer than the initial 6 - 8 weeks but since I am not really in a hurry to move in, it was fine with me. I would rather them do a good job rather than to rush through it.

Currently I-bridge Design is doing up my 1-bedroom condo. Charlie is my ID. He has lots of ideas and knows what I want and will sketch freehand drawing of the proposed design. The 3-D drawings done up were impressive. Work started in early September and almost finishing. At regular junctures, he will keep me informed of the progress and coordinated the lighting and Venetian blinds for me. The customized bed frame, shelves, feature wall and cabinet were done offsite and took around 2 weeks. Minor modifications had to be done to the customized shelves when I discovered that the fridge would be in the way. The price may not be the cheapest but I am prepared to pay for the service rendered by the ID so that I can have peace of mind that everything will go on smoothly.
