Update.. My black painted pillar Flooring cement screed to be done last as it will be in cream color and ID do not want them to dirty it.. We have 3 more weeks before handover

Wow! how did u manage to keep it so low? Mine is including all the electrical appliances, furniture, loose fittings, lightning etc etc.. Oh i realise yours is at 40K++, a steep budget too! Mine has a lot of carpentary, shall update the pics when it's done...

For Mine, it came with the stool as well.. 2 normal pillows + 1 latex pillow, mattress protector, and 2 big sheeps. Judging from my expenses chart now including all electrical, furniture coming up to 110k...

Hi, this sofa can be found in XZQT.. I saw it and they are selling it at about $8,800.00 (they do offer a 25% discount). I didnt buy from them as my company is a manufacturer of sofas, so i order from company at staff price. Hi hi! didnt occur to me this issue before.. But shall check with ID again..

Thanks! We got a good deal as we went to Q for it during Mayer easter day special.. It's sold at Best Denki, Courts and quite a few shops.. Brought in by American Appliance (same as May tag).. It's in Black and leather printed surface (to match my toliet tiles), new brand, just hit Singapore less than 3 months i think. Park Mall and Millena walk having the same fridge but they brand it as Amana and it cost a whopping of 6k+++! Exactly the same fridge but i bot it for over a thousand at Parisilk Warehouse sale. Yup, the boss clarant (not sure if i got the correct name) very friendly! We are having a retractable screen as we will be having a 42 inch LCD too. haha, yes instead of a walk-in wardrobe.. am recovering from the huge hole burn... Yup, it's quite big as it's a very old flat... Big = More renovation cost.. We have to redo everything as the house is in bad condition... uneven ceiling, rough walls.... Due to budget constraint, we are laying cement scret instead of tiles for some areas of the house.. So the flooring will be a combination of vinyl flooring, tiles (for kitchens n toliets) and marble tiles for dining area. Hopefully, 2-3 years down the road, if we have a fatter piggy bank, we can overlay it with carpet or something... Hi! Ya, i hack everything.. HDB rejected my application initially, we had to write in to appeal.. All in all it took abt 6 weeks to approve... As for photo sitching, i use canon photositch software.. It's quite easy n user friendly.
