Thanks for the nice comment! My house is still a very simple Reno. Haha, seems like this theme is catching on recently! When I started there was one other t-blog on it but now a lot of us have it!     Guys, there is some Quartz versions that are very realistic much like the Gloria solid top I found. I know @Luxexplorer's t-blog has one!

    It's not as obvious really la! It's a personal preference kinda thing. but yes it will look more complete with the flooring. But as for him saying its trend to do vertically like not v true leh. Haha. But as long as you can grow to like it it's okay!! For the record I think the common toilet one looks good! oh and I agree the marble one would look better horizontal! But now never grout yet so don't look that complete. Grouted in white would be better.

    Condo style is horizontal leh... My prev EC rental was horizontal, my HDB is vertical which I think is ugly, my relay was done in horizontal

    Glad it helped! Sometimes I wonder if I regret not going with Nick. He's a great guy, meticulous and works very well, very candid as well, but I was a bit scared of his reactions in the first meeting so didn't go with him eventually. But my chosen contractor totally no design input one so a lot of things I wondered if I could've done differently. I mean, I only have a handful of small regrets around the house, but sometimes you wonder how different it would be if you went with someone else. Anyway, excited to see how your house turns out.

    Love the marble! Is it marble-like Quartz or real marble for the kitchen and the toilets? I was discouraged to use marble when I visited the factory. love seeing your portfolio here though, thanks for sharing!

    I'm already using Sosmai's non-motion sensor and battery life is 3 months. I'm expecting it to half with motion sensor at its worst (since my unit is quiet as well). 1.5 months not too bad.

    My launch is in SK, same launch as the one next to SK MRT and all my walls are cement walls. In fact they are more solid than I'd like (very hard to drill through), so quite surprised y'all say the walls are thin... Maybe I'm just lucky with our developer.
