    Pretty sure it would. I had some ants in my home one day and was quite surprised cus I'm quite OCD my house usually can put food on the table till next day with no ants or insects. on the way out I realized one of my neighbor's doors had a pile of ants - think they dropped food and didn't clean or something. so I sprayed like a fence around my main door LOL literally an invisible barricade and when I came home there were no more ants in my house. hahaha I've been using Bio X for years cus of my bunnies - somewhat safer for them, plus it can be used as a treatment so time to time when I clean the house I spray it around my door and my windows too

    I am freaked OUT reading about all the roaches stories. Poor thing!!! I can imagine the scare. u can buy BioX insecticide, safe for kids and pets! They aren't SUPER BEST on roaches but they work very well for everything else, esp ants. It can also be applied as "treatment" to the area to deter more insects.

    Like the taupe-ish grey a lot! Didn't choose from the grey's on the website enough, my home's paint colors didn't turn out quite as I wanted. Haha! All the best for ur move in!

    Woah, can't believe you redid the whole top... But I understand because it really doesn't look glossy at all! Esp the sample was suuuuuper glossy! that said, I love the rest of ur pics. Esp your toilet! Now with the glass panels I have the same fear, also of it spontaneously combusting into a million tiny pieces -.- gonna go buy the safety sticker for it.

    Nice! anyway I did Algot previously, took down everything eventually. Open shelving not as neat at the back so decided to go with closed storage eventually.

    Sorry cannot remember. Looks like about 50-60cm diameter. Living room is 52" iirc! Fanco aroma. Love it still. Hmm I don't think so! James' BIL recommended to me one. I got it at $260-280 I think. U let them know is Isaac and Kara friend lor see got discount anot. Idk if ours is special price or not.

    Thanks! Fridge still very messy haha. Should take my drawers next time, drawers very neat hahaha. update more of your house leh! Haha yeah after time passes I can know even more how I live and make changes. Which is why I changed out my dining area. Both sides?! that's unfortunate. We were quite lucky, but our SY is already small (since 3R), if they still pipe like that, really don't need put anything alre.

    Hah, mine simple only, not complicated like your projects... Lots of storage for my cleaning stuff, but I have no buckets. Now cleaning stuff all very compact liao. Haha.

    Updated Service Yard, not the best photos. My house is nicer IRL leh! Hahaha. Nothing on top that will prevent the ease of using the top hung clothes drying rack. Closed storage for rabbit items and cleaning supplies, folding table (super love, useful) and hay box on top. washer side. As there's the heater on top, I only aim to make this side as neat as possible. Ironing board, the 23cm wide drawers I found and love (though now u can see my mess inside hahaha) for my rabbit grooming supplies, laundry supplies etc. closed storage for everything makes my SY so much neater and got a lot more space from my store room back! not the prettiest, but the cleaning spot right next to my blue drawers. Great hanger from Daiso for all my scrubby supplies for toilet (I don't like to keep them in the toilet cus dampness = bacteria to me, so I sun them then hang them here), grout scrubber and stainless steel cleaners in the basket, plus my antiseptic hand wash cus I'm crazy. Love the 3M broom holder for my microfiber mop (for light cleanings) and broom. also cleaned up my master toilet area. Still love my bathroom, no regrets. Don't need to go for staycations anymore. cleaned up my shelves (finally!) and love them, despite people telling us to get closed cabinetry instead or that it will attract dust. These shelves make our kitchen so much brighter and more fun! Plus, though I cook often, my cabinets are still relatively empty. also labeled everything in my small pantry and fridge. Haha! My new dining area and living area to come next! Only changed the rug + coffee table in the living area, but dining room is completely different now.

    So excited for you! everyone is getting wainscoting and shaker style cabinets. So envious, wonder if I should've insisted upon them. Haha! But can't wait for your outcome!

    Hmm Aircon I chose according to "popularity." My dad told me so many people using Starmex, a lot of condos at a time also use it as well, so parts will be cheaper and easier to find repairmen if required. But Daikin has been getting more condo projects as well and their newest system is very pretty and sophisticated! Starmex is more basic. No worries with my Starmex so far, very quiet and cold. For hood - honestly I don't feel like it's a HUUUUUGE issue so I got a cheaper model that fits with my hob and oven. For my hob, as I cook almost daily, I really chose something that worked for me. 3 hobs but only 60cm wide (to fit my 60cm wide hood) as I didn't want to waste more counterspace to get the 90cm / 90cm ones. i splashed on my hob - I wanted gas and easy to clean (usually people go for induction for ease of cleaning) so my fire very steady, not affected by wind and can remove almost everything to clean. Very good quality and cast iron top so I can place stuff from the oven on top of it too. I then saved on my oven as I only use it a few times a year (even lesser with AirFryer) to bake piney tarts, turkey and lasagna. so depends on where your priorities lie! Can get more discount on those package deals but if you have one thing you have in mind that suits your usage and purpose, then go for it. hth! I got Bosch for my hob, hood and oven FYI.

    No it's just a steam mop. My dyson vacuum for the clean freak in me is the only clean enough vacuum leh. Anyway! No wonder, because vinegar reacts with baking soda to become nothing but salt. Vinegar usually for removing odors and baking soda is the abrasive. Melamine sponge never help, like that quite jialat leh! Also can spray vinegar and let sit, then use sponge to buff lor. Vinegar also does break down the stains but it takes a while (maybe 3-5mins). If full strength vinegar and then buff off with melamine sponge at the end still cannot, might need to use stainless steel polisher! 3M got from Selffix DIY.

    Hehe, I am the anomaly also. I opened my doors without the huat process during 7th month, started renovation not long after. Stay almost a year already, bo dai ji leh. Also was rather smooth with contractor. Dont say other races, everyone around the world also renovate all year round! Jiayou!
