  1. Wanted to buy the KitchenAid set but wasn't too impressed by the reviews! but it is great value and looks awesome!
  2. Bro, just FYI, you can find this range from Daiso as well. $2 per piece and some are MIJ.
  3. I also chose to do slope down instead of step down because it's easier to wheel things / bring heavier things in and out of the house... Hopefully I don't regret my decision hahaha
  4. Thanks guys! Pictures of living room soon. Hehe so excited to share this journey with y'all
  5. Haha, the track ones almost killed me plus the hemming of the heavier curtains... Hahaha!! But it is my most successful DIY to date! Looks custom haha
  6. Woo love it! Hehe can't wait to see your end result cus I love the European influences as well.
  7. Thanks! Haha. I realized no one can see my carpets in this shot. Bah! Haha
  8. Everything IKEA. We DIYed the track and day and night curtains.
  9. https://detail.tmall.com/item.htm?id=45533161303 https://detail.tmall.com/item.htm?id=18643237284 Others are the better quality ones from King and King Wong previously (they have closed down). Lktw, this is for you too.
  10. Yeah!! I wanted to get that mirror too but my house is filled up Love seeing updates! And I think I have the same carpet from TB
  11. Incomplete sneak peek! Still lacking plants, our picture frames for the dining table and gold mirror. Moving in on Tuesday!! Pics with DSLR then
  12. Uhhhh a silver lining for using Vinilex over EasyWash Because EasyWash is slightly glossy due to the easy wash capability, it's not easy to patch on your own and it will look patchy. Matte paints can be patched easily without rly seeing the patch that's what the contractor told me and I tried it when I patched some areas in my home with putty then paint and it's true. HTH
  13. Yeah glass is a pain to clean. I have 2 glass items in my LR and I've already started cleaning. Dark colored dining tables are also the same - show dust and fingerprints like crazyyyyyyyyy. But love the last table!!
  14. I got a dining table and bed frame from them and quality is decent. My neighbor bought everything from them and loved it. For my case the bed frame is beyond the $$ paid. Gorgeous and well made. The dining table is alright but finishing of Ikea is better for my model. My neighbor's sofa is pretty comfy!
  15. Nothing in particular la! Just wanna see the whole feel of the first storey haha! Love seeing the places where the family congregates
  16. Wanna see full view of your first storey leh! Haha Loving it!
  17. Actually it's just 4 dining chairs 4 carpets Miscellaneous decor flowers hangers etc
  18. Can't rly rmbr now...About $120 for the tap alone, $328 for shower set and tap and $310 for the rainshower. This is before shipping. I don't think the tap is that much cheaper than bathroom warehouse... I think this is a slightly better model though... HTH.
  19. The IKEA armchair is super pretty!! I fell in love with it too. But it's quite firm hahaha! I don't mind it but my husband does. Yeeee exciting!
  20. Haha, they look more than they actually are cus the items are mostly bulky... But will do if they're good enough to share!
  21. I think it really depends on what you're looking for and your budget. After briefly researching it, different models and brands focus on different aspects of the sounds... cnet has been quite helpful for me when searching for a soundbar...
  22. Haha yeah. Quite a bit of stuff there. Hmm the kerb is not PVC.. It's done using HDB's tiles since it was originally by HDB. But because the tile was not black all the way through, after buffing it round the inside color of the tile was actually yellowish. The tiler hacked the top tiles of the kerb and replaced it with tiles that were black / grey all the way through - color matched these af Hafary. So after buffing it's still grey colored at the edges.
