    Tbh, I only used HDB supplied points (new BTO) for everything and it was more than bright enough. Most people overkill nowadays because LED is soooo bright. Think of the electricity bill too!! Actually Pinterest and angmoh homes a lot have trunking for their light wires also, just have to look closely. Unless it's those custom builds... The track might not bother you. Also, concealed wires are not entirely legal in all circumstances. You can double check with hdb but I know of a friend who was accidentally checked by HDB and had to remove his concealed wiring for part of his living room and do an exposed track because it was apparently illegal. I think 12 lights doesn't sound too crazy for yours

    Tencel + Egyptian cotton for me as well. One more pro: it's kind on the environment. Pure cotton takes lots of water and land to cultivate, whereas tencel cotton takes much much less (iirc its 1/8). My home uses mostly organic + environmentally friendly products so this was a big win for me! tangs at vivocity had an additional 5% on top of the promotion 20% for the "higher end" bedsheets. Bamboo sheets are also very popular nowadays. TCs are also misleading, like Sarah said.

    Not bad but abit deep right? Maybe can try their wardrobe range (PAX) can design the inside for umbrella also Then the outside can choose whatever you want plus dress up with nice handles? Any height requirement? If shorter ones their BESTA range (TV consoles) also have less deep options!

    Agree with you and feel you on this! Through the Reno process really learned cannot be too nice at times people just take advantage of you. Hope you get paid back elsewhere

    I'm 156cm and have no problems with my hob at the standard height. I cook multiple times almost daily. Hope that helps
