Hi, I know of a shop who can get the Roomba 560 at $910 as long as he can consolidate a total of 12 orders. This is direct from the distributor in Singapore, hence no need to do any modifications or to get a transformer... warranty, etc, all valid. I'm doing this because I want to get one for myself too. Interested pls PM me. Hopefully if the orders come in quick we can get our Roombas in 2-3 weeks.

Hi All, I am looking urgently for a reliable electrician to look into my mom's house. Since last Friday, half of the power sockets in the house can't be used because they keep tripping the mains. We've spent the last 2 days trying to find out why, and it appears that the internal wiring could be a problem. I need a honest and reliable electrician who will not take advantage of an old lady. He does not need to be the cheapest, but must be able to do the job properly. I think this job will take some testing and trouble-shooting, and maybe replacement of some wiring. There is no other renovation work required. Please recommend any good electrician that you know of, and if possible share your experience. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

No need to get very valuable ones... Just the design/sparkle that I like at a good price! I'm hoping to get something like 0.18, 0.14, 0.14, 0.1, 0.1... HEHEHE AM I TOO GREEDY??? Agree with Phantom. Actually, whether or not bazi cheong or gam... I think you can tell by yourself right? No need to consult any master to know if suitable or not. It's not like those olden matchmaking days any more... For me and my hubby, before marriage I didn't believe in FS, so heck care. But I felt so sure of him, and felt that we complemented each other very well in every way. We were so happy together and as a couple I think we "boosted"/encouraged each other's opportunities. So now when I check our bazi, everyone says that we are a perfect match There are a few other couples that I know who are very close and good for each other, also found out that their bazi is very gam. For my bro-in-law's case it was "no matter what happens they can/will never be parted". SOLID RIGHT! Okok just came back from Lee Hwa with the specs... Original price $3528, total 5 diamonds. 0.14, 0.10, 0.10, 0.6, 0.6... TCW= 0.46. Now at 10% + 10% off = $2857.68 Hmmm... Looks like it's not such a great deal then.... I will seriously go and check out prices at DeFred and Fairy's Inc. Any recommendations for good sales person?

Destinee is just a house brand of a local (or Hong Kong?) shop. Not really a big deal to me. It's nice, but I'm not lusting after it. That's different, of course, if it was a Tiffany . I'd be happy to tell other people that it is a Tiffany. I just like the design, and for once, the price is not ridiculously out of reach. Usually the rings I over are not what I can ever afford to buy, unless I tio top prize in Toto. This is why my interest has been sustained. I like this design because it doesn't look too small, or like costume jewellery, and yet it is outstanding enough and is still suitable for everyday wear. I don't believe in buying something that I have to keep in the safe. So this is so far the only piece that is suitable... Good heads up with DeFred I shall ask my hubby to check it out! Yes the diamonds in the ring I am looking at is in decreasing sizes. If I remember correctly the largest is 0.2+ carat and the smallest is 0.1+ carat. I shall check with my hubby tonight and let you all know. Went to look at my reno yesterday evening... The contractor made some minor errors, fortunately not too serious to rectify. I decided to make them STOP work completely until I have a detailed discussion again about everything. I rather delay the work than to have rectification works. Haiz. We asked about the installment... Apparently they only provide at 0.1% interest. Then me and my hubby very adverse to spending future money, and worse still if it is with interest! So... we will only buy if really there is spare cash in the bank. Haha! Good lah he will pay you back for it, at least it's still considered his gift for you. If I went and bought my own thing and claim, I think my hubby will be secretly relieved that that task has been accomplished with no more hassle from him! Yah I dun care about specs... I only go for the 感觉 Cos if want to focus on the specs... then 一山还有一山高... Then become more focused on getting value for money, or keep going for higher and higher specs But of course no matter what, must have minimum knowledge of the jewel lah... part of the pleasure is knowing that you have a perfect jewel. Anyway, I found myself more attracted to this $2k+ piece than the 1.09carat one lor. (Wait a minute did I just say that!!??) I think hor, even if I found out that the specs not very good, I will still buy (but of course must be at the correct market price lah). I think hor, it applies to my hubby also. After I fall in love with him, as long as specs meet minimum standards, then the specs dun matter anymore. You give me prince charming also I will only choose my 浪漫青蛙王子.

That prevents me from impulse buys But of course... if I see it, and I know that that is THE ONE... then I'll buy it. I have heard the use of plants as a cure when the stove is too close to the sink. So actually what you did is correct. Perhaps the plant dies because it is constantly in the line of the battle between the water and the fire? And perhaps it is absorbing all the bad qi for you? Hence is might be good to place a "sacrificial" plant there for good and replace it every time it dies. Perhaps cheap plants like money plant will do. What you should do is observe if, with the plant, is your household more peaceful, less quarrels, etc? If yes... then keep it there lor. If not... then perhaps your bazi and other FS is good enough to protect you.
