Looking good! That is a lot of carpentry haha Seems like what they said about marble flooring is true, really can last a long time Just need to polish and it looks as good as new, plus the design is classic and timeless Do you mind sharing the taobao link for the white track lights? Thanks!

Thanks for the PM! Serangoon Ave 2, cornering around AMK Ave 1 But mine's a 4rm and was quite lucky to get a unit without any COV Condition's a bit old though so renovation costs should come up to a bit...

Looking forward to your progress! Moving to Serangoon soon (but 4rm) Do you mind sharing your ID contact and quote? Thanks!

It really depends on the type of work you are looking to do. I am currently also looking for ID/contractor for my 4NG unit (but odd shape layout) If you are looking at rehauling the unit (retile whole unit, redo toilet, basic kitchen, plastering), you are looking at minimally 25k and that is like the lowest end of quotes The ID I am happiest with now his quote around 30k++ which includes 1) Hacking/Retile of Kitchen/Living rm 2) Overlay Vinyl for Bedrooms 3) Hacking/Retile of Toilets 4) Minor hacking of walls to expand MBR and Kitchen 5) Kitchen cabinets 6) Plastering & misc words Not including wardrobe, additional fixtures, electrican, changing of window grills/windows and accessories/appliances. I'm still looking around at Contractors to see if I can get a better price =/
