hi eskey, oh our reno package is inclusive of the tiles already. went to select together with our ID. if i am not wrong, is about $3 plus per sqft...

my room doors is in the reno package we sign..keke... we bargain with our ID to give us this type of doors.. U also facing the same prob as mine window grills. Have yet to try cos my hse still undergoing reno. but i shld be starting to clean them.. very sian right?? see the yellowish with stain grills.. eeek...

oh is aluminium grills. orginial from hdb ba i suppose. mine is a resale flat, the pervious owner smoke a lot. somehow the grills turn yellowish with stain.. haiz.. u may wan to check out my blog to take a look at the window grills..
