Bro I post a topic about 65 Daigou, have time please go read.... Very unpleasant encounter.

Just want to share my recently TaoBao purchased using 65 Daigou. As we all know, shopping online is always a risk but somehow nowadays we have much clearer protection form agent coordinating our order, which means at least we can save the hassle if the product we ordered arrive damage or even not reaching. Just ordered a coffee table using 65 Daigao via TaoBao. The table arrived damage and after talikng to 65 Daigou in charge, they told me it's the Seller packing that damaged the item, they will "fight" for a partial refund to me. And I was told if the damaged is due to the shipment, 65 Daigou will responsible but this is not the case. So I waited for their answer, and also know that all items we ordered from TaoBao, they will domestically sent to either GuangZhuo or Shanghai warehouse. Before shipping the items internationally to Singapore, 65 Daigou will inspect the items before proceeding the shipment. For this case, the damaged is so obvious, which mean that 65 Daigou did not do a proper inspection of the item and ship it here blindly. As finally I got the refund from the Seller, 65 Daigou inform me, the Seller agree to refund 20 RMB to me................ what a pathetic refund, I don't know who can I approach but at least I write in here for potential buyers to know how 65 Daigou "protect" their buyers. Alternately, can any kind soul let me know, besides 65 Daigou, any other agents in Singapore do similar agent via TaoBao? I still have many items yet to buy from TaoBao but will boycott 65 Daigou by all cost. Thanks for reading. ( table costing near 200 SGD includes shipment )

We are all in here to learn and to share. After all, no offense to the TS, I think your incident can be avoided if things were to compromise earlier but it seems something went wrong in between. Like I said, the ID place this items together is not right in the first place, but you should let him/her know also in the beginning. So I think for this case, something is not revealed . IMHO

Can I ask? In the first place before the pen & paper sign, did they proposed to you how the overall lay out is? Did you tell them what you want? Or they just place whatever item anywhere they like without asking you? There's always two sides of a story. So elaborate more will let readers have a clearer picture. Why I ask this is because if they were to tell you this in the first place and you reject, they wouldn't place it this way...... IMHO

Hi Aliexpress is definitely more expensive than TB as they do international shipping direct. As for TB you need local agent because most merchants in TB only do domestic shipping. If you ask me, I will say I like Ali than TB because so far the products I order, all very good quality. Service is excellent, they compromise the replacement fast as long long you show them photos. One important thing, always do your your home work, read buyers reviews before paying. As you know, an item have many pricing in these website, of course if you see the pricing cheaper by alot, better skip it....... My 2 cents worth.

Friends who asked me about the quality and water pressure of the LED rain shower. I think I answer in here. I had not install yet, as for the product quality, I can rest assure it is up to standard, and it is very heavy too. As for the LED light and the water pressure, I will install it first , try out and answer accordingly. Thanks.

Tiles finally complete. But the tilers are touching up the skirting so is still quite messy. Except for the bed room toilet allowed me to snap a shot.
