I worked in an SME and now am currently in a MNC. There is not much of a difference in terms of the working environment. Both are just as pleasant for my case. People can be nasty or nice regardless of the size of the company is what I feel.

I never commented if his design is nice a not, but the fact that he is RE-Using the exact same ideas for another project shows you the extent of his creativity... when asked if he has any other designs, he did not come up with anything... Absolutely nothing to do with being subjective, its a FACT. I have never commented on their quality but from my experience with them, they have extremely limited design ideas.

Aiya, actually my Samsung TV come with the standard mount already, but I worry that if installation height of TV is too high, at least get this tilting mount can adjust a bit. Avoid neck ache which is what my colleague experienced after contractor installed his TV a little too high.
