are you referring to Novena?

I've been so several Novena outlets, but they doesn't give me any good feeling so... decided not to take from them. I'm glad that I make the right decision.

Thanks for sharing. Guess this is the problem with the logistic company they engage. It's also part of their problem if they cannot control their supplier. Anyway their operation has nothing to do with me, so I will just wait untill their services improve.

What's the brand? and where did you get it from? I'll better avoid them...
