Hi Leon & Jenna, I am starting to research on renovations on my BTO flat and I hope that I could learn some things from you Will you be able to share your budget of how much you are intending to spend on the whole reno + furniture + electrical appliances? What does your reno actually include? Does it include power points and lighting etc? Since it seems like you still have to pay additional to settle your own flooring. Apologies for the noob qns
