I am looking to renovate my new house's toilet and kitchen. My Dad doesn't intend to live there for long, maybe for 3-5 yrs. Therefore, I'm looking for a cheap to moderate cost contractor. I am totally new to renovation works. Can anyone be kind enough to introduce a few reliable firms for me to start with? And also, is it advisable to have 2 contractors working on different parts of my house? Any other suggestions and advice would be appreciated. Thanx in advance!
