reload had try her best to communicate with her this contractor, apparently, which ever mode of communcations she tried, in vain, is it her prob or the contractor prob? anyone also engaged this company, these few days did the contractor ans any phone calls?

hi gal, you there, had you read this thread, hope things inside can help you .. must read and learn more to protect yourself when you want to go take legal actions against your contractor.. self protection is importants, know your legal rights to bring your chance of claiming higher.. no need to reply since your contractor might be so free to read the forum.. you might want check with those that had been to SCT how to proceed.. do something better than not cos your money is still hard-earned money.. jus your time might be dragged.. ps.. the contractor i mentioned not the one doing my house, so no misunderstanding to all, mine was done pretty fine by my contractor.. its another company.. jus another forumer had prob with her contractor , kena stuck.. the contractor of that forumer giving her a bad time.. her reno cannot be completed.. all bad job.. hi summerrain, hows your mediation going? can dhare so that others can learn how things going on..

my didi is the 1 tat mew lo.. today early am he mew again.. jus fall asleep, only he drink water, the rest not drinkin, force a few dry food into their mouth lo.. so heartache he mew till like that.. only one haven urine, didi is the only wan that put put and sh sh both..

hee, i didn't get my dad to monitor, but learn from him thru what he had used to say, and cum did tell my contractor don play play, my dad works in big company in contruction building and his pride is parkway parade lights done by him many many years when i was a kid.. somehow i will take more extra precaution so that he won;t scold me.. he always test me what i know..

indeed if conceal sure next time got prob.. mayb your contractor can help to conceal portion of wiring like mine, we got some points actually drill holes thru wall to make it look less wire in the living room.. so there is less wire showing out.. my hubby like conceal i don like.. my dad an electrician.. he don like conceal too.. surely next time want rewire or wat they will had a hard time lookin for wires to connect.. and you must really know how the wire runs else headache.

anyone know any vet that can allow pay later at the end of month or can charge cheaper? i know a old auntie, no money already, she got a cat v sick need vet assistance.. but dono how sick is the cat.. any reccomendation?

actually quotation is easy for them but they jus wan to slow slow quote, its already like a habit for all ids.. but contractor usually can quote faster.. the fastest i get is within 1 day.. the slower doesn;t mean business gd but mean they hav confident to let you wait.. fast might be they are new or they want to have you asap.. the best judgement is both of you happy with them, no hidden cost.. price ok.. and make sure the start and end date are stated in contract.. so tat you don hav 1 or 2 mths no work done at your flat..

ayo there's really a lot of cats waiting for adoption in singapore, last nite saw one kitten dono why it came to me and ask me how to get out from the school gate.. he's so cute like someone kept before but lost.. why don jus pick one from the street, they can be very good too.. so poor thing when see so many strays lookin for home..
