don't know how my kuai kuai will take cos i have my didi 14yrs old male enuch my "baby" mother of three, her kids bell, kuai kuai and snowball the 1st 2 r xpersian male, my ball she's a x siamese to bring there to my new palace 5 blocks away.. :< but three are lock in cage usu, donno about my didi never stay put in the house always run out, me staying ground floor ma.. donno whether want bring my tortoise 3 of them not..?? me also almost want to buy a rabbit le.. my flat gonna look like zoo already my husband sure upset one lo.. so mamy pets and he's allergy to fur..

to all that read this thread i will update once my reno works start.. hope next month can start .. to those that like me from zero to searchin for quotations and looking for the right one to do your reno.. its really very tiring..

had compared every single item most items patrick quote me labour charges. all items requested was the same, he quote me all for better, bigger, material and prices which i don't need in the first place, and because so hard to meet him, i also don't have time too, so the other the give me what i need average, can last and most important, no hidden cost at all.. properly communicated too

high price i got from them.. drop them already.. if i have a lot to spend i might consider them lo

hi there jus pop into your blog cos haven sleep yet, if you hav a concept of doing wat and got i tight budget i can recommend someone for you.. maybe you want to try him, my personal experience in searching is faxing or email never work, they either quote items that you don want or miss up this and that.. going down and talk seems to give a better view and can tell whether they are wat you want or not..

i went down all the way to his amk shop, he is very busy not there, so i got his no from his workers and call him, he ask me to email my floor plan and items that i wanted to do, got a quotation that dosen't suits wat i wanted, hard to find time to meet him, end up, i engaged another company despite all the good comments... i think as long as the one to do my flat can find time and understand what i want and can complete a basic things for a basic middle income me and my husband is good enough.. don;t have to get the best of all.. so many people out there also got good ones.. :>

hack kitchen and 2 toilets floor and wall tiles, remove sink support, kitchen cabinet, hualage charge acid wash, tile up kitchen and toilet with same tiles, polish marble floor, install new rubbish chute, repiping painting, change whole house windows and grilles do kitchen cabinet wih solid surface bath tub and install sliding door at kitchen entrance price difference is 5925... somemore the other party give toilet accessories plus 2 wc +instant heater +hood and hob+washing basin+sink and tap... i so shock also when ho bee no any of those free item yet all charge me labour fee
