freebies is actually wat you pay for, jus compare a few more quotations and you will learn to know which item can be "foc" very hard to tell you cos some company don hav package some have, when package come free items, actually means you pay for them i also get a package deal with free hood and hob, instant heater toilet accessories, etc, some give aircon too.. but i know that they are pay by me, jus they up the price and say free for this and that

hi h4happy you have the right to discuss again and again, but each time when they show you their quote and ask how is it? say you want go home and go thru before you comfirm.. i did that.. cos only when you are at home studying your quote you will realise whether you find their quote ok or not.. get more quote to learn abt hidden costs, and compared market rate for item to items, check on tiles suppliers youself first, don get yourself in the situation that ppl give you this price of tiles you can select more choices.. so see yourself which tiles you like and the price, see is it justified for the price they quote you for the tiles you can select.. cos common trick, you can slect up to $4 tiles or $3 tiles or only $2.50 tiles.. wat i learn actually when i choose mine id

i went to those strays cats and dogs place at pasir ris, there'e about 2 or 3 cats lost their legs... still surviving, at the rate that the tc ppl catching and ppl complains, the strays will soon in much more danger lo.. till now only some tc are better ppl that considerate enough.. i also keep cats in hdb, but groundfloor soon going up to 5th floor, i don care i still keep cats... if i don keep, the road will be more strays lo..

never too early, but best to get hold of a floor plan and if there is poosible if you have been down your flat bedore, try make same basic precise measurements so that you won hav unnecessary sudden upsize in your final reno works..

dont let the contractor see your other quotation.. not scare ppl copy but those contractors that askin to see ppl quotes tends to tell you they give lower and throw in more, if the really can do lower, why shd they look at others quote? if they think that their profit is enough, they can auto lower for you, by lookin at your other quote is to honest at all.. you can simply tell them any k lower, see if they can match, frankly speakin, i don like this type of contractors/id, not sincere at quotations, if they think they quote low enough, they shd be confident with themselves, furthermore, most of the time, their costing is the same, not much diff in material lo.. is they want earn more or less profit lo.. :< be careful who you hired, i got one telling me to show me others quote when i told him i drop them, end up yes they give lower price, but no sincere, i doubt they can do what i want..

usu once they in cattery, spca seldom will put them to sleep cos, they are selected for adoption, sometimes i see those cats stay quite a no of years lo.. nobody want to adopt lo.. dogs easlier to move out then cats.. but sadly to say those not selected for adoption will be put to sleep even if they are healthy, every months the put a lot of them to sleep lo.. !!
