talk to him jus now, he said he will bear the hackin cost, but as for the tiles, as i had selected from diff company, (he told me can select wall tiles $2.30 floor $2.80 from white horse), now i'm using LSH for tiles wall kitchen and common toilet $2.40, floor $2.80 master toilet wall $2.60 floor $2.50.. he said that LSH give their company less discount and that the tiles i selected is 90degrees typr easily chipped, tilers charge extra workmanship.. the tiles portion he said come up extra $900 on his side, he is askin how much we can help to top up, so how?

ya lor, but sad to say i when there saw they cut magazine pic onto their portofolio.. i also donno how their work.. cos i using diff company.. actually if you get the lowest quote from one company, how much more you intend to pay to get more reputatable company? if you can afford 3-5k more there's a lot of reputatable company out there, but don try the 5k and above, if you are budgeted.. you can try check out *, 3d innovations, prestige image(look carefully at theri quotations).. these company got low quotation.. seah soon lee also low quotation check thoroughly too) compare with a&d, ho bee, ide8l h0use, they got a lot of supporters.. you can see the different in their quotations, then decide who you like to go for and how much you willing to pay for.. pls q up for popular company, they might take longer time to quote.. jokin

hi toonsim, these are my prize search.. they are all being rec by forumers in sg forum except 3d innovations.. i got some of my posting in 3d innovations, you judge whether you want to try the company, me jus start my reno only, but the one handle my project got complain of late for appointment.. :< very bad so don want reco, but price friendly can try their company other collegues, you must like then take, don like don force yourself.. end up regret..

then you will easily kena chop by ppl.. if you hav time, go do more search, see the designer and contractors thread, they are my search do more at least 5 ok..

can reco company but not the guy, he kena compain oh his lateness but his company price are good and workmanship got compliments those chim items are every single things are measure in their units, like per cm, per foot, per inch, all need measurements in units.. since its your hse alread.. go do some measurements on site, take down items that you want in terms of how long you want it to be, all chargeable..

hee all without units so i think ppl will find it hard to comments can only put notes for you to take note only.. get more quotes the best comments..
