if i got money i want change to homogenous leh.. you can see my broken marble i pay high value for this.. my whole house except kitchan and toilet is broken marble and even storeroom also b marble.. they didn't take care till got lot of holes leh.. we had to fill in the holes

i didn't change my floor, they are all broken marble left behind..

now what i had left is jus the wardrobe not done yet.. donno how to do.. shd i do all way but then my door handle to stuck there, or jus half way and donno what to do with the waste space..

me use mitsubishi starmex, pay very exp price, had try turn on all 3 aircon all workin.. been using my MBR one for over ten days, so far so good.. hope really good.. pay so ex price..

its a two way in forum, one jus pop in and drop a praise one jus drop in a bomb.. so its always whether is there any support evidence we cant jus sentenced a company or a person without concrete supporting proof.. who not scared of signing with the wrong company? we had to learn to judge ourselves.. to believe or not to believe.. everyday a learning for everyone.. let's jus share and learn.. don be bias and be smart.. i also kena a bad experience from buying lights ma.. wont look for the light company again lo.. luckily only a few lights went wrong.. but learn a lesson too.. happily complete my reno if not for the lights

i think those who has bad experience with renocation are relly upset and definitely angry.. esp when so much money been spend and the result turn bad.. really jus hope that her prob can be solve and she can move in smoothly.. its a kind of way when a woman is upset, she definiately need to destress or vent her angry.. forum was a place for her to post for help too.. hope that anyone that had used the company can come in to back up be it good or poor serivces at least happy can make her decision easily too.. we cannot see the face or each other but hope that everyone can learn something from other ppl experience too.. the company that did my renovation also got bad remarks or comments posted, but be it good or bad, its always up to ppl to judge of cos best is to submit pics of good and bad works too.. evrybody hope to see pics of good and bad work to judge not jus words rite? but jus let others be a fair judge.. good luck to reload and hope happy can hav a happy reno..

yup if any ppl that are esp currently doing their reno with the company, hope that they can share more, be it good or bad, cos if its a no good company, then there might be ppl using it and getting the same prob.. at least to help the rest to decide whether should go ro it or not.. happy, since its getting tough for you to decide, have you ever wonder around others forum to check? did you ever meet those house owner and spoke to them, those that use the company? hope you can hav a reno without prob too.. check with radac what you should look for, if you really worry get your id/contractor to sign the radac standrad contract, in this way, the terms and condition are more fairer..

how cum you didn't try those popular threads? the id/contractors are v popular with good workmanship.. was your prob not able to resolve with your current one? can elaborated? the prob is when you start this thread you might be confuse cos ppl might start posting lots of id/contractors.. you can as well go to each thread, read thru and get the contact of id/contactors and ask for quotation.. hope all things go well, its not easy to start search again, but maybe this time round do some self protection..

i really do wonder in this forum how many ppl got theirs did by this company and can really put some pic here, i'm sure newbies will find it quite irritating that if they decide to go for the company, should they trust or not trust the company.. jus like when i engage 3d, i find it frustrating that edmund when talking to him, discusing all seems so good but after reading some negative post also got confuse and scared.. but luckily, bubblepearl was there, she willingly show me her flat done by 3d, i was so relieve and end up engaged them, first its a radac accredited company, next has iso, and had been in market for so long history.. got all this to pick up my courage to engaged them, end up work was well done enuf, so aids newbies, i post all my reno process in the 3d thread so that in future its easier for newbies to make decision.. if someone out there jus come in and make a post on a company saying "i really must thanks my id/contractor etc.. or jus chance this forum" really hope they would kind enuf to show proof and evidences.. been thru the newbies process, i really detest false recommendation and self post so highly in another false identication.. so irritated and mislead ppl.. caught one last time.. really angry that got trick to get quotation from a self post false identification with multiples nicknames.. wow its jus waste my time and price no good, its already not easy to go thru one quotation somemore anyhow quote no standard at all, full of hidden items..

hee my mum also don like to hav cats in the house that's why my didi always roam outside since young, after didi got that big acccident, she start to worry, but she still like to let my cat out of the house, cant get the point to her that cats is safer indoors.. haiz.. haven sucessfully shift my cats, will try again.. i manage to put 3 heavy cats in 1 cage, force my beo to carry wow so heavy that he hav to walk a few steps and stop to rezst.. ha.. finally see your full pics.. glad that your cat move in smoothly.. haiz, me 2 ppl house so don wish to leave them in the house lonely.. don wish to leave any of my cats behind, i know they will cry.. !!

no 1 you did not placed your flat size here no 2 a lot of this kind of post in the forums you can learn from them, no 3 some are id/contarctors that self post in the forum, stay alert no 4 get lots of quotation, you will soon learn how to select a company no 5 only one ppl post the company good, stay awake, keep eyes big, check out other forums too.. no 6 a lot of diff ppl post good, can trust, but definitely don treated it as no reno hiccups, sure got some slight prob ones. no 7 a company that able to stay in the market for years, with iso cum radac, you are sure to be protect somehow, they wont jus closed down suddenly, your money is still secure.. mayb price some high some low.. no 8 if you rally got time, the company you shortlisted, see if any forumers willing to let you visit theri house to verify.. no 9 don stop at 3 if you wan good price.. they are so many company jus whether you are tired and got time or not. no 10 good luck and all the best !!
