I know a shop that sell each led downlight for 20 if buy 20 or more. Their 3 colour light is 38 only. Proclaimed to b from tw. Too bad I got my led from another shop at 28.90 liao.

My ID quote me 120 for each double n also TV n phone n data points but all concealed. Reasonable?

Saw this company being introduced on a channel 8 programme. Their LED lights are cheap since my ID quote me 60 for those 3 colour led but they only selling it for 48. Anyone bought from this company before? Is the stuffs really cheap and good? Hope to get some reviews.

Quartz is scratch resistant? I test before on a sample and doesn't seem like it.

HDB changed the estimated completion date to end of April. WTH. I already arranged some purchase to b delivered to my new place. Haiz.

Hi Shockwave, I am also clueless of what to get. Haven't even start looking for ID/Contractors yet. I guess you can only get the lowest price with contractors. You will get a ID for a design and use contractor after?

Sorry to ride on this thread. Any idea if it is possible to have a budget within 20 to 30k for a 5 room BTO with similar requirements? Just want simple renovation, nothing fanciful but not sure if I quote this price range will I be under budgeting or not.
