Yup chosen a contractor instead of ID since i already know what i want and i KNOW i will disagree with the ID proposal. In actual fact, i met up with 4 IDs and the ideas they gave i could easily google or exceed my budget, so why pay them? As for layout, nothing fascinating. My contractor say she will do a 3D layout for me FOC base on what i want and show me in a few days time, meanwhile i did some lousy drawing on my floorplan.
