  1. Yes agree, evorich is expensive. Other alternative vinyl flooring will be JPL or Inovar flooring, both carry same vinyl flooring but price wise easily 30-40% cheaper. Design or colour may differ slightly but still worth it.
  2. So far so good, not much complain except the workers dumping some food wrappers at one corner and attracted ants to Pre-house warming. Will upload more pics when i go down again. Waiting for your reno pics also...
  3. I think Joven heater price around there, 25L is gd enough to support 2 shower at the same time. I think i may need to get 30L as my kitchen sink faucet also needs it. Thks shor.
  4. Shiok man, seeing things getting in place one by one. Btw, your Joven heater 25 or 30L? Price?
  5. Yes, save on hacking and tiling cost. Save a few K here. Waiting for your reno pics bro, smooth smooth reno everyone.
  6. Kitchen wall to be plaster smooth instead of putting tiles, the contractor say must put this "special" cement up first. Even though this will not be the outcome but i think this raw feel quite nice...
  7. Yeah man me thought so too, nice hor... That's why i choose this tiles(below pics)... Hoping the outcome be good with the sunlight beam shining onto the wall. (sneak peek)
  8. Sands, Tiles, Cement, Bricks load up. Master room original door sealed up. Kid's room wall extension up Master room toilet wall up.
  9. Ok more pics less talk... they say pics speaks thousand words. Debris cleared.
  10. If its within your budget and you like it then go ahead!
  11. Im finding downlights in TB as well cos i really need alot (Whole house on downlights). Went to lighting shop, cheapest i can find in Singapore $18 @ 12Watt. Brand not important to me as most of them are Made in China. Still looking around in TB, the last one i found is $12 per pic 12Watt anyone has better lobang please share... As for wattage, my contractor says actually 10 watt is bright enough, if you go for higher watt, then can buy lesser downlights, if u goin for low wattage maybe need more.
  12. This one i fully agree, so what if you buy very expensive and atas one? If you have the budget, go ahead, if no then skip it. One or two years later your model already discontinue because of newer model and they may or may not have the parts to repair yours if it breaks down. Especially electrical appliances, technology too fast to catch up. (Ah gong story) Met a friend yesterday in COURTS while shopping for TV, he is a salesperson selling "certain" TV brand and what he told me is quite true. Nowadays no need get high specs TV as we may not be fast enough to catch up with technologies. He ask "do u change TV every year"? Of course NOT! And yes, newer version/tech are coming up every 6 months to a year. And for smart TV, everyone now is using the android mediahub, which means your Smart Tv function is useless. He say just get normal full HD and if possible, skip the Smart TV function and your tv will be cheaper. Unless you really like certain brand like me (i prefer Samsung), then no choice cos all samsung tv comes with smart tv. But i will still get the normal/ lowest range as its at least 50% cheaper compare to latest model. 1.) Hood & Hob (Mine comes in a package with kitchen cabinet, Turbo brand) 2.) Washing Machine (LG $329, 8.0kg) 3.) Dryer (The Sun is my dryer) 4.) Fridge (LG 2 door white $899, bought in mustafa, bought this fridge as it looks big and elegant in my opinion)
  13. Yeah man, wish everyone reno smooth smooth fast fast, move in strike 4D, toto, Big Sweep! Huat ar!
  14. Gd price! Mind sharing the shop and perhaps model? Tia...
  15. Actually what i can advice for colour combination is try not to exceed more than 3 or 4 colours in one area. In short, each area best to work with max 3 colours. The simplest i've seen, whole house 3 colours. My 2 cents.
  16. That's not floortrap lah Songz, if i'm not wrong should be kitchen sink trap.Waiting for more TB items from goodeals87 since i will be buying most items from there as well.
  17. Actually can be cheaper but because i change my whole house floor tiles and change all windows + grills. Am also waiting anxiously for the outcome of my whole house especially the vinyl floor for my living and 2 bedrooms.

Me: Ok Officer: Sorry sir, we need to process your documents and has your HLE approved? Me: Zzzzz... HLE approved last week, your system never capture? Officer: Oh ok i'll get the officer to expedite. Me: Ok how long will it take for u to inform your officer and how long your officer will take? Any date? Officer: Sorry sir, i cant give u any date but usually its 7 working days. Me: Ok i will call back again in 7 working days if no news, thank u! (3 days later received letter to collect keys.) (You know what i mean?)
