Today i manage to get in touch with the china supplier and spoke to them regarding the rainshower head set, they are nice and friendly very service oriented. I was surprise that they could actually give discount when i told them im getting 2 sets 12" head. The lady quoted me about SGD$290+ for 2 sets after discount which already includes delivery to your doorstep! Thks bro shor for the intro and link. Yeah!

Yup did read your blog about it and I do agree with you to a certain extend depending on the house layout. My workstation is located just beside my router so no issue there. The other 2 points which requires internet are my tv/android media hub , one in room the other also beside router. So maybe im lucky dont really require data point, if yes maybe one will do in my room. Anyhow, 5 yrs later im moving off so.....

I did not do any data point, im getting the Aztech homeplug, the plug uses your home electrical wiring to run like the internet wire therefore saving money on wiring. Just plug in, configure a little bit, works exactly the same as normal wire. Not happy with the location? Unplug it, plug in where u want it to be. No need to re-configure. Move house? Yes bring it along. Per plug is about $60+

bro, check with you on the vanity faucet since u already bought. I realised the mounting part of this faucet is slanted and to be mount on the sink itself, does it comes exactly as pics when you receive it? If so, that means cant mount on vanity top right? Im placing orders soon, no time for me liao...

Oh btw, i saw that your Breakfast table is facing a wall, you may want to add a small TV on the wall or if u happen to own an ipad/any tablet just go online or sim lim to get a small bracket so when enjoying breakfast at the same time can watch news or your fav movie on tablet. My 2.5 cents

Ok i admit im a super lazy person but here's what im gonna do. Master room light switch change to 2way switch, usually the standard one will be at the door entrance but i did another switch just beside my bed right above my side table. So when time to sleep i do not need to walk to entrance and switch off. Pure laziness... Did it for my water heater tank switch as well, one common, one in master rm toilet. Hope it helps.

She just say ok nod her head but face abit black, i have no choice but to warn/inform/made it clear to her. Not all but some ID/Contractor simply take us owners for granted. Arguments and conflicts usually happened when things were not made clear to each other in the first place. Having said that, of course i don't courage you to say that to your ID , if you dont have the courage to ask/request certain things, just tell him to pen down in black and white, easier for everyone in future. But of course, we need to be reasonable at times and accommodate to her schedule whenever she's late for our appointment.

Actually most of the stuff i choose for my home is on the brighter/lighter colour. Both me and wifey dislike dark/lowly dim home. Most importantly, any insects/roaches hiding at one corner cant be seen easily especially in the toilet!! (wife and kids detest them!) For me, Im very particular about toilet cleanliness, must be clean, dry and smell nice. I noticed alot of ppl using black tiles which actually looks nice and easy to maintain but if algae starts to grow, cant notice.

Since u engaged evorich, u need not worry that much for their workmanship/material as i think for the price u paid, they should do it good for you. For my case, no choice im on tight budget so searching high and low like crazy man.
