Been doing lots of cleaning and cleaning for the arrival of the finale last saturday.... Was a long day waiting in the house for the arrival of sofa, dining table, fridge, washing machines, mattress and installation of shelves in the storeroom. Went to take a look at my unit today to check if all the toilet accessories are installed. Was initially happy on seeing the 'goodies' that we purchased were installed accordingly to what we have marked out and discussed with the PM but was pissed off when i saw my tower hanger at MBR toilet was installed not to our marking Immediately whatapps my PM and ID on the issue and request to have this fixed without seeing any patches on my wall tiles! Mirror at the Living room was replaced with the brown tint that my ID had initially designed. All the carpentry are installed in the house this week and have been doing spot checking today. Noticed quite alot of chips and roughness which were highlighted. The supervisor explained that most of these are due to transportation and they will fix the issue asap. I am left with installation of all the accessories, few lightings and touch up to end this blog soon... Will be meeting up curtain installer this coming monday to take measurement and to pop over to PD door office hopefully end of the month to check out door for the kitchen entrance. Had a hunch that mirror is installed today and decided to pop over after work. Indeed, the mirror at the living room is up! the granite are laid as well on the kitchen cabinet. However, the tap for my kitchen basin was installed wrongly. The design is unique, i believe plumber might be confused with where the valve control should be facing... Glass door @ MBR toilet is installed, basin + tap at common toilet is installed too. Went over to my unit yesterday to drop some stuff and check up on the progress. The wardrobe doors are installed, tv feature wall @ MBR are up too. Estimate to complete all the stuff by end of may! Counting down the days before curtains are installed and additional PD door to frame up at kitchen entrance...
