Hi there, Definitely it is a good time to have major renovation after staying for 20 years, then will make you feel like staying in a new house again. I'm glad that you like the design of our house as well. I do not have the experience staying inside while renovation is on, so couldn't help you much on that. Maybe others with such experience could advise? By imagining it, the whole house will be very dusty and dirty with the hacking and etc, since you mentioned overhaul. Besides, they will also put the renovation materials like cement, sand, etc. inside the house. Hope this helps. Cheers!

Hi, Just PMed you bout the blind. For the shower system, generally not much problem. Unfortunately the mixer we bought was with temperature controlled in cold weather I guess. In other words, the water is still hot even put to coolest. I think it is better to look carefully on the description before purchase ba. Cheers!

Hi there, thanks and glad u like our kitchen design 1. Having glass door was our initial idea, but was told by the ID that would be quite expensive for a good one, so end up were convinced to have open concept kitchen. Because of this, we bought a steam oven and air fryer to settle most of our cooking So far we got no regret to have an open concept kitchen. Besides, I think when cooking behind the glass is something like the restaurant nowadays, which I think not so good ba since is at home 2. We are using solid surface for our table top and so far still not too bad ba although some scratches and when dirty or wad, then will use eraser to rub and it actually works But if you gonna go for solid surface, better go for more reputable one which some brand like LG. I'm not sure about the other material, but I think granite is more durable if you cook heavily 3. I've just emailed you the quote for your reference. Just let me know if you need any further details. It had been long time since my last login here, due to the World Cup After moving in to our transformed flat for few months, we had slowly added the appliances and items we need, at the same time trying to beautify our place. Finally we bought the Phillip AirFryer Viva Collection yesterday as there was a huge discount @ Tangs, somemore with 12% rebates for members. The retail price was S$329 and they gave an offer of S$110, so end up just S$219 with 12% rebates. We are always keen to get a lounge chair or recliner and I've been searching here and there, and had shortlisted to either Ekornes Stressless or Herman Miller Eames Lounge Chair. Looking at the price, the only reaction I could gave is Does anyone have any idea or feedback for these chairs? Hopefully could gather some information here to help us decide. Thanks in advance.
